As in the other part of  the  world, in Croatia has also started a wave of crises that towers on the property market.

Probably  we all agree that the prices considering the quality and  our standard are  far from realistic.

. It is certain that in the next period the  prices  will fall, and much faster than they were raising  last years.

My thinking is that in the next 6 months this fall  will be quite obvious because it has a lot unsold properties and the estate investors at the moment are  calculatiing to  set down the price .Over last few  years investors have large profits  that were realized on projects that were only mediocre, while the future will have to significantly reduce earnings and Orienting to invest in attractive projects that will only keep the current prices.

Customers will now definitely be in an advantage, which is realistic because they  will be able to get much more for their money especially if they  have cash because the cash is currently the most-wanted goods until the bank calculating with the approval of new investors credits.Unlessthey  drop prices at the moment that  will lead to in big problems for them  because  later  they will have to sell and at prices lower than realistic and take the risk to remain without any earning.
